why choose an e|a e|u gown? our wedding gowns are timeless and thoughtfully designed gowns that are ethically and sustainably made to ensure a perfect fit. But most importantly, when you are wearing an e|a e|u gown, you know who made it and you will feel absolutely incredible in it.
what are your opening hours? our Currumbin studio is open by appointment only. Trading hours are: Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 4pm Sunday: available via request only Monday: CLOSED
how much is the average price of a gown? our gowns start at around $2,500 with most of our collection ranging from $3,000 - $5,000. A custom made gown can be made to your budget depending on design and fabric selections with a starting price of $4,000.
how long is my appointment? each bride has a private complimentary 2 hour appointment with our designer Alana and stylist Narelle.
do you accept walk in appointments? no, appointments need to be booked in advance so we can give you the one on one attention you deserve.
how many people can I bring to an appointment? as our studio space is very intimate we do ask each bride to bring no more than 3 guests.
what do I need to bring or do to prepare for my appointment? it is helpful to know your wedding date, dress size and styles you wish to try on prior to your appointment so when booking please provide these details if you can. You can also bring any undergarnments you wish to wear on your special day eg. stick on bras or fillers, shapewear, heels etc.
am I able to take photos? our exclusive designers prefer our brides to not take any photos of their gowns. we however allow photos of your favourite gown to be taken with our approval. We welcome our brides to facetime any special friends or family that could not attend the appointment.
how to order my gown and what is required? once you have chosen your beautiful dream gown, the rest is easy. We only require a 25% deposit to place your order. The remaining balance is split into 2 payments with 50% due at your first fitting and the remaining balance at your final fitting when you collect your gown.
how long does a gown take to order? once your order has been placed, it can take on average, anywhere between 6-8 months for your gown to be made.
will my gown be made to my exact measurements? yes, your made to order or custom made gown will be made to your measurements.
are alterations included in my final price? yes, any alterations/adjustments needed to your gown are included in the price and done in-house by us as per our terms and conditions policy.
where are e|a e|u gowns made? all our gowns are ethically and sustainably made. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and craftsmanship with all of our design, quality control and dispatch being carefully managed in-house. Production is split between our local designer Alana in Currumbin, Gold Coast Australia and our international production partners with facilities in Europe.
